Job Description

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Customer Quality Engineer.

Your contribution to something big:

• Customer Quality Management for defined Markets

• Reporting quality field & warranty figures (FFR, EFC ,VOC...) for the market requirements

• Creation and regular update of Statistical Analysis & Reporting (Isochrones and Q-PDCAs of Serial Products)

• Leading Problem Solving, FMEA... etc. (Quality tools) application for market problems

• Preparation and performing of periodical customer and Market visits for Quality topics

• External Failure Cost Management of his/her markets

• Early detection & fast reaction in his/her markets and responsibility area

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Mechanical/Electronic/Industrial Engineering degree or similar

• Experience in Quality, Design or Production area min. 2 years

• To be familiar with Q methods and processes

• Advanced level of Turkish, English and German would be an asset

• Good communication skills, methodical working and cooperative teamwork

• Open for travels, driver's license required

• Motivated and competent to work in complex situation

• Experience in material planning and procurement (SAP) system
