R&D Test Engineer (High Pressure Components)

Job Description

• University Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electronic Engineering
• Experience in testing of hydraulic components, preferably of Fuel Injection System
• Experience about sensors (Pressure, temperature, flow…)
• Programming skills are asset (e.g. Python, PowerBI, Matlab)
• Experience in data evaluation and statistic
• Reading of technical drawings
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and/or German
• Good communication skills, ability to work in a team
• Methodical and structured work habit
• Working in an International Engineering Network

Qualifications

• Coordination and operation of testing devices for Gasoline High Pressure Injection Components, such as gasoline injection valves, rails and high pressure pumps
• Development and setup of new high-tech testing devices, e.g. injection amount measurements, endurance test benches, 3D-vibration test, climate tests
• Interpretation and evaluation of testing data
• Maintainance of the testing devices and creation of testing specifications
