Job Description

Your contribution to something big;

• Executes the Bosch Power Tools D2C strategy by running day-to-day operations on D2C marketplaces in Turkey
• Monitors and optimizes the performance of sales and on-site conversion (CVR)
• Drives and optimizes sales performance of the local D2C marketplaces
• Holds responsibility for meeting P&L targets and sales metrics
• Manages and oversees the implementation of global commercial guidelines and 4P implications on the D2C marketplaces:

 

*Prices in line with pricing rules & corridors

*Available products & exclusives in line with assortment structures & guidelines
*Promotion rules as outlined in global D2C rules
 *D2C Marketplaces managed in line with local platform guidelines


• Works closely with global, regional and local teams to identify and implement new D2C marketplaces in Turkey
• Coordinates regularly with the regional head of D2C and holds relationships with local marketplaces


Qualifications

What distinguishes you;

• You have several years of experience and proven success in e-commerce and digital marketing
• You have a self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment
• You have experience in managing roadmaps, budget and resources
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or university degree in digital, commercial or business-related field
• You are fluent in Turkish and English
