Job Description

• Record, determine and update time data for Routings in SAP with computer aided process planning (CAPP)
• Define standard and allowance times of employee & machine using time measurement analysis (MTM, REFA etc.)
• Design manual & automation Workplace and advice development opportunities by MTM analysis
• Calculation of physical stress for operator in IGEL software in order to fill out ergonomics checklists for machines
• Ergonomic workplace design and work methods development in work systems
• Analysis and design Stand-Walk-Criteria in assembly lines
• Optimize StAB Analysis and create line Balancing Charts for productivity improvement
• Standardization and optimization of work places and perform workload analysis by updating MMB factors for
• machines
• Contributing to work efficiency projects in terms of time data management and ergonomics
• Design standardized work for manual operations with man-machine chart
• Responsible for technical capacity planning
• Responsible for investment planning and monitoring within the plant and reports to General Management

Qualifications

• More than 3 years' experience in industrial or process engineering in a lean manufacturing environment
• Knowledge about lean production principles and good IE knowledge with experience in REFA, MTM, Ergonomics
• Proficient command in English
• Good communication and cooperation skills, result-oriented person
• Distinct analytical thinking and problem solving attitude
• Ability to deal with conflicts / or high degree of professionalism even if to work under pressure and to deal with
• conflicts
• Advanced computer skills: SAP/ MS Office Applications and VBA
