Is looking for a "Purchasing Specialist" to work at Kerevitaş Oil & Fats Factory in Kurtköy, Istanbul. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for suitable candidates are described below.

What Are the Qualifications We Expect?

• Bachelor’s degree from Industrial Engineering and / or related engineering department of universities,
• At least 2-5 years of experience in purchasing, tracking stock and supplier management,
• Being aware of international trading policies and applications import operations and custom clearance process,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English,
• Proficiency in Ms Office and SAP,
• Advanced negotiation skills, proactive market driven, hands on approach,
• Analytical minded, very good investigator, innovative, result and action oriented and good at team work, customer focus oriented and proactive, 
• No military obligation for male candidates.
• Willing to live in Anatolian side of İstanbul,

• To manage purchasing processes in order to annual purchasing goals,
• Tracking consignments and controlling the suppliers’ compliance to deadlines
• Measuring and enhancing product & channel performance,
• Evaluating & reporting competitor companies, market analysis and trends,
• Planning procurement operations,
• Managing relations with existing suppliers and finding alternative ones,
• Pursuing invoice and other documents according to a time plan and procedure,
• Following up market trends to increase sales volume,
• Analyzing research Company reports and applying results
