QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking for a 'Quality Engineer' to join the team of our company. 

• University Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Industrial or related field of Engineering,
• Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949,
• Minimum 4+ years experience in quality department, especially have experience in establishment of Management systems.
• Knowledge and actively applying problem solving methods 8D, 6 Sigma, 5 Why
• Experienced the automotive Core Tools,(FMEA, APQP…)
• Deep knowledge of techincal drawing, tolerancing.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, German would be a plus,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP would be a plus,
• Willing to work actively on the shopfloor to implement “Quality Awareness” for all related people, follow up the QC issues are in line and for improvement of process quality,
• Willing to Learn and open minded.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written),
• Strong presentation skills with analytical and technical problem-solving ability.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Establishment of QMS (ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949)
• Implement and follow up the procedures within the organization
• Support process owners about the requirements of ISO 9001:2015
• Providing training about the QMS procedures to all related people.
• Managing customer related issues such as claims, notifications and quality trials,
• Managing customer 8D’s
• Ensuring “customer voice” communication within the workshop area
• Leading problem solving activities,
• Leading FMEA, and Risk based  activities,
• Support monitoring, evaluation, analysis and improvement of quality KPIs and lead improvement projects within all process
• Participating in daily “Asakai” meetings to follow up daily quality performance and initiate improvement projects,
• Execute internal and external (supplier) process audits.
