Benesta HQ is located in Istanbul/Acıbadem and we are looking for Call Center Agents who will be responsible for the duties below ;
Job Description:
• Follow through with all customer applications as assigned by the manager.
• Conduct initial phone calls utilizing corporate standards, procedures, and instructions.
• Evaluate potential customer demands and increase their interests.
• Develop methods for creating clients' portfolios to help gain new customers.
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Identify, understand, and document customers' needs and requirements.
• Clarify information received from clients and provide an alternative solution if necessary.
• Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies.
Required Skills:
• Good analytical skills.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Sufficient in MS Office programs.
Required Experience:
• Experienced in a sales role in any sector but preferably in real estate.
• Experienced in a customer service role in any sector but preferably in real estate.
• Worked with a team environment company or function.
Required Education and Training:
• Graduates from related departments of universities.
• Billingual (English /Arabic ) – (Arabic-Persian) languages, other langugages will be an asset
• B1 level of Turkish is must
