Estetik International, founded as superior aesthetic and beauty centre by renowned surgeon Dr. Bulent Cihantimur in 1999, is a health group performing cosmetic surgeries and hair transplant procedures and changes desired by patients through clinical branches equipped with state of art technology.

As a part of our strategy to expand our international services, we are looking for “Guest Relations Specialist”who will add value to our multinational team and also develop own personal international sales, marketing and organization skills.

The Role : GUEST RELATİONS SPECİALİST

Your Responsibilities Will Include

•         Working under the Guest Relations Team Leader in the organization they do.
•         Guest relations personnel defined to themselves Guest Relations works at their desks in corporate attire.
•        Files of patients entering the clinic the creation and the completeness of all pre-operation controls. are responsible for doing it.
•         Welcoming the patients at the door with a smiling face and entering KIOS into the clinic. Going out of the door at the entrance of VIP patients accompanies them when getting out of the vehicle

Skills Required

·         University graduate

·         Medical tourism, clinic, hospital or patient services experience will be an asset

·         Fluency in one or two of following languages will be asset:

·         English, Arabic, French Language

·         Excellent communication and negotiation skills

·        Competency at MS Office
