Position Title:  Commercial & Digital Excellence Specialist

Location: İzmir

Qualification:

• University degree, preferably in agricultural engineering
• Work experience in sales or technic in related area
• Specialized knowledge for the position
• Unit specific sales processes
• Very good communication skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Basic knowledge of MS office, Windows and Email systems
• Driving  License

Language skills:

• Local language -> fluent
• English - fluent

Job Description:

 As Commercial & Digital Excellence Specialist, you will play a key role to partner with Sales and Marketing teams to develop whole organization for commercial and digital topics, being a role model, bringing an holistic approach for the digital tools used and for all our commercial processes.

• Work hand in hand with the sales teams to implement local Commercial Excellence projects (e.g.Pricing tool)
• Market Approach Strategy (from idea to strategy & implementation, supporting whole process with data and analysis phase) and implementation support, strong collaboration with Regional Sales Managers for successful implementation
• Continuous support for development of Commercial Policy and Customer Engagement, Sales Effectiveness: development and execution of sales effectiveness program including improvement measurements
• (eg. Discount and Rebates, segmentation, distributor and retailer coverage etc.)
• Strong support on Sales capability building performance management for the Sales Team
• Support finding innovative ideas from the digital innovation pipeline for country development and responsible for the project roll-outs
• Drives the implementation/rollout of global and regional digital offers on Country level and is the counterpart for all relevant functions on Country level for the implementation/rollout process (NPS, Synccenter, Salesforce, Pricing etc.)
• Structuring customer feedback and customers’ needs to increase transparency throughout the organization (customer segmentation, offer differentiation according to our brand strategies)
• Responsible for G2M strategy implementation and monitoring within organization
• Enabling new ways of working in commercial teams with a data-driven mindset and helping to find development areas, needed capabilities
• Connecting the dot along the sales process cycle and be entrepreuner and role model for digital and commercial topics
• Guiding sales team for profit-related business topics like pricing and full customer profitability

General tasks and duties:

• Ensure compliance with BASF Group Vision, Values, Principles and Compliance Code
• Ensure behavior according to APE Culture pyramid.
