REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related areas in Engineering
• Minimum 4 -  5 years of experience in Maintenance
• Experience in Poultry/Food sector a plus
• Experience in supplier management and development
• Experience in SAP management
• Turkish : Native language
• English : Advanced Level
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word);
• Knowledge in AutoCAD, MS Project
• Strong Management and Leadership skills.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make the develop your team, manage resources
• Strong Knowledge on food manufacturing processes and equipment specifications

• Understanding & application of problem solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram)
• Available to Travel to İzmir plant, Bandırma plant and Elazığ plant
• Willing to Live in Bandırma

• Reduce maintenance cost by supporting technical team with new solutions, projects and operational adjustments.
• Support Maintenance team by giving training and improving team technical knowledge
• Support on technical studies for CAPEX and OPEX projects.
• Forecast and prepare budget according to new production plan
• Support technical team in finding the root causes for maintenance unavailability
• Lead technical team preparation for Current Situation Report and new year targets.
• Follow up and control Plants action plan regarding budget plan.
• Search best solutions in food market for applications in the operation
• Work with procurement team in for new spare parts contracts and new solutions to reduce the Maintenance expenses.
• Work with the team to improve the integrity of the assets (equipment and facilities) preserving their original performance, quality, and safety conditions;
• Standardize the procedures of the maintenance team;
• Ensure the implementation and adherence of the maintenance and utilities standards in the unit;
• Training all the team about the standards maintenance;
• Control the tools, equipment, instruments and devices for Maintenance
• Work closely to the PCM team to improve the system data according to the field
