What we can offer you! - Your Role:

• System Support Specialist ensures the adherence of business policies and procedures by formulating and defining systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of business systems and industry requirements.  Coordinates and executes IT planning activities, provides technical support for IT deployment.  Presents technical details and technical problem resolutions to customers.
• Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.
• Work under general supervision.  Follow established procedures.  Work is reviewed for soundness of technical judgment, overall adequacy and accuracy.
• Contribute to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects.  
• Primarily internal company contacts. Infrequent inter-organizational and outside customer contacts on routine matters.
• Apply application in a given discipline to deliver a specific milestone.  Understand information technology principles and integrate into projects.
• Read and keep current in field. 
•  Expand knowledge to develop specialization.  

Desirable candidates will possess a firm understanding of listed or more of the following areas:

• Active Directory
• TCP/IP networking
• Wireless technologies
• VPN technologies
• PC and Network Security
• Switch and router technologies
• Web application technologies
• Practicable hands on mobile devices Android/IOS
• Extensive experience with Windows 7
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Google Suite

Qualifications

• 3+ years related experience
• High School diploma required
• B driving licence
• Intermediate level of English
• Familiarity with information systems
• Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes and function specific software
