Global IT Manager

We are now looking for a Global IT Manager who will be responsible for the following:

 Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or a similar technical field of study,

10+ years of experience as an IT manager in a multi-cultural environment (minimum 3 years of experience in a global management role) with a demonstrated track record of success,

Excellent command of both written and spoken English,

Effective organizational, planning, and time management skills,

Excellent interpersonal skills to engage internal and external stakeholders,

Able to work independently whilst contributing to the priorities of the team and the business,

Strong commitment to continuous learning and development,

Strong leadership skills to lead a team of IT support engineers,

Assumes personal responsibility for achieving results and supports the team by taking on additional responsibilities when needed,

 Hands-on experience with networks and network equipment (such as firewalls, access points, and routers switches), network administration, and installation,

 Excellent knowledge and experience in system management, including Windows and Linux-based systems,

 Experience with ERP systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Fusion) and cloud computing,

Strong knowledge and experience in AWS cloud infrastructure,

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange 365, Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Azure Information Protection, Intune, Azure Directory, and Active Directory,

Experience in DLP, Endpoint security, PAM, SIEM, and data security tools and systems,

Experience with Azure cloud and services,

 Job Description:

Responsible for short, medium, and long-term planning of IT support, infrastructure, and security functions for the entire company,

Develop overall business IT plans and strategy for the entire company, in alignment with company goals,

Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects,

 Lead the implementation, operation, support, and maintenance of the information security management system based on the ISO 27000 series standards, including obtaining our certification against ISO 27701,

 Develop project plans, define, and schedule project activities and resource requirements,

 Manage and support all software licenses,

 Manage, monitor, and support all security systems and tools,

 Responsible for IT vendor management, including the ability to negotiate terms and pricing,

 Manage, and support IT support teams globally,

 Establish and maintain global & local IT management policies and procedures,

 Manage and measure IT Support service satisfaction levels,

 Oversees and manages the procurement of all IT-related equipment and managed all IT assets inventory,

  Responsible to create and manage global and local IT budgets,

  Provide system and network support which includes maintenance/monitoring of servers and hardware installation and setup.
