Sustainability Executive

We are looking for a 'Sustainability Executive' with the following qualifications to be employed in the Tuzla location of our company.

·        Bachelor's or master's degree from engineering or business faculties

·        Minimum 5 years of work experience in sustainability

·        Highly-efficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint

·        Fluent in English and can use actively

·        Resident in Anatolian side of Istanbul or Kocaeli

Responsibilities

·        Manage the development and implementation of the organization's corporate sustainability strategy,

·        Collaborating with relevant departments to prepare annual sustainability reporting and collect data to measure sustainability performance,

·        Leading projects and activities such as contracts, certifications, licenses, audits, etc. to ensure compliance with sustainability principles,

·        Collaborate with other departments to support the sustainability aspects of their projects and processes,

·        Design and implementation of ESG management systems (policies, processes, procedures),

·        Organizing presentations, trainings, information meetings for internal and external communication of sustainability, and making sustainability presentations and preparing briefings,

·        Representing the company in national and international sectoral associations,

·        Following new developments and adapting them to the company strategy
