Export Operation Specialist

We are looking for an 'Export Operation Specialist' with the following qualifications to be employed in the Tuzla location of our company.

·       Graduated from relevant departments of universities,

·       Minimum 2 years of work experience in similar fields,

·       Experienced in export transactions, foreign exchange, foreign trade legislation,

·       Knowledgeable about export operation steps and documents used,

·       Fluent in English and can use actively

·       Actively using MS Office programs (especially competent in Excel and Power Point)

·       Experienced in Enterprise Resource Planning Programs (SAP SD module experience is preferred.)

JOB DESCRIPTION

·       To prepare the appropriate documentation for export in accordance with the terms of the Sales Agreement and international trade rules (Invoice, ATR, Certificate of Origin, EUR etc.)

·       Identifying and organizing the appropriate vehicle for shipment from the transport company

·       Regular sharing of documents and material arrivals to the customer, sales representative or agency to make the necessary reporting and follow the delivery process

·       To carry out the Export Operation process in coordination with business partners (Customs agents, logistics companies, buyers, stakeholders, etc.),

·       Managing the return process from abroad in accordance with the Returned Goods Procedure

·       To follow the customs regulations for export regularly, to plan actions when necessary

·       To ensure the development of transportation routes and alternatives of transportation methods

·       Taking an active role in creating logistics solutions in line with the demands of customers

·       Focused to reducing logistics costs and having Kaizen mind.

·       To be able to read “letter of credits” and prepare necessary documents in this direction.

·       Participating in productivity-enhancing projects and working groups in the end-to-end supply chain.
