Graphic Designer

Arup is looking for a  Graphical Designer to support the Marketing/Business Development efforts in our vibrant and growing Istanbul practice. Based in Istanbul, you will work with local, regional, and global leaders to create and implement winning, client-focused strategies and high-impact collateral and proposals.

QUALIFICATIONS

·       Having a bachelor’s degree in Graphical Design

·       Ideally, having min. 2-3 years of experience as graphical designer,

·       Strong communication, conceptual thinking, design skills and typography skills,

·       Having good time management/prioritization skills,

·       Good written English language skills, and attention to detail

·       Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, MS Word, PowerPoint

·       Ability to develop new design ideas and concepts

·       A positive attitude is as important as any specific skills you might bring to this role,

·       Marketing Experience is a plus

 JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a hands-on role, actively delivering on elements of proposals and collateral. The role includes:

·       Preparation of visual materials for submittals, requests for information and proposals,

·       Preparation of marketing/promotional materials such as brochures, booklets, flyers, posters, project cards, banners, and other materials

·       Preparation of visual identity such as logos, brand colors and typography

·       Creation of moving content and graphics for various media
