Arkel is looking for an Technical Services Support Specialist to join our Technical Services Department.

• Graduate of 2 or 4-year technical or engineering faculties of universities (technician, technical teacher, engineer) 
• At least 3 years of experience in installation and maintenance of elevator electrical / electronics.
• Good command of Turkish and English (both verbal and written) second language English will be an asset,
• Advanced user of MS Office and ERP applications,
• Good planning and organization skills, analytical, customer-oriented, team player,
• Strong communication and presentation skills,  
•  No travel restrictions,
•  Valid driving license,
•  Military Service should be completed for male candidates,
• Resident in Istanbul Asia side,

İŞ TANIMI

• Answering e-mails, messaging and / or online calls via the Whatsapp line, generating solutions to customers' requests, problems and complaints,
• If needed ARKEL customers will be supported in job side to solve technical problems,
•  If ARKEL needs technical information for their customer candidates will join in international exhibition
