QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Arkel is an electronics design and manufacturing company specialized in elevator electronics. Already being the nationwide leader in its sector, Arkel is seeking to extend its leadership beyond the borders of Turkey.

Arkel is looking for a Receptions to join Administrative Affairs Department.

  • Graduated from related departments of Vocational Schools,
  • Preferably experienced in a similar position,
  • Able to speak and use English at an advanced level,
  • Able to use MS Office programs at an advanced level,
  • Effective in archiving and file tracking,
  • Having good diction, high verbal and written communication skills, presentable,
  • Well-developed planning skills, disciplined and regular employee,
  • Strong communication, high energy and representation skills,
  • Military Service should be completed for male candidates,
  • Resident in Istanbul Asia side.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environmen,
  • Responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer,
  • To consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service,
  • To record the entry-exit information of the incoming guests and to whom they come,
  • To send all domestic and international cargoes, files etc. required for shipment tracking maintain order. Receiving incoming documents and shipments and delivering them to the relevant persons as soon as possible,
  • Following the availability of meeting rooms and making meeting room reservations,
  • To plan all domestic and international travel organization (Visa, flight, accommodation, car rental etc.) of the traveling personnel, to share with the agency, to follow up and finalize the process,
  • Making stock control of consumable and equipment orders and ordering missing materials,
  • Arranging the services in case of need, tracking the number of meals and planning the number of services and meals in case of overtime,
  • Fulfilling the different duties and responsibilities requested by the managers,
  • Responsible for complying with and following the occupational health and safety rules.

Preferred Candidate

1 - 3 years of experience
Associate Degree(Graduate), Bachelor’s(Student), Bachelor’s(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
Class B
