Job Description 

• Servicing, troubleshooting and commissioning of various advanced marine automation & instrumentation systems onboard (Visit our products and services for more information)  
  
• Providing technical training and presentation to client and inter-company 
  
• Delivering remote technical support to clients by remote connection apps, email and phone 
  
• Supporting the sales team in technical meetings and onboard survey activities  
• Maintain service tools, documentation and system backups in accordance with company procedures

Required Skills 

Essential

• Awareness and full compliance in safety and environmental regulations 
  
• BS or 2-year technical degree in Electrics, Electronics, Mechatronics or relevant discipline 
  
• Fluent communication in English and Turkish, both verbal and written 
  
• Solid knowledge in MS Windows, MS Office and basic networking applications 
  
• Competence to follow and understand technical documentation and drawings 
  
• Able and willing to travel (mostly international) throughout the year (min 40%) 
  
• Willing to work irregular hours 
  
• Problem-solving, troubleshooting, analytical skills 
  
• Eligible to work in Turkey 
  
• Active driver in Turkey and able to drive during travelling abroad 
  
• Good team player, practical and highly adaptable 
  
• Able to work under minimum supervision

Desired 

• Competence in instrumentation, automation, hydraulics and pneumatics 
  
• Possess hands-on expertise in system hardware components, with a deep understanding of the applications and onboard installations.
• Basic knowledge of communication protocols used in automation industry
• Experience in fire and gas detection systems 
  
• Able to lead installation teams & train and brief customers / operators 
  
• Work and decide under time pressure  
  
• Thorough, self-motivated and confident in social interactions
