• Managing the design and implementation stages for both domestic and international projects
• Responsible for new projects & renovation works
• Controlling the costs and schedule through defining the optimum design and size for Workplaces
• Controlling quantity surveys & technical specification accordance
• Collaboration with head construction team
• Collaboration with factory plant teams
• Coordination with other team members
• Preparing weekly/monthly progress reports for top management
• Preparing civil / architectural drawings (fit out plans, interior design revisions, building survey drawings, 3D renders)
• Preparing BoQ’s and specifications
• Leading/Controlling the Designers, Consultants, Contractors
• Working in a matrix organization
• Working in different projects at the same time as a member or a leader.

The position is located in Bolu. How we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering department (Preferably reputable technical universities , M.Sc in Structural Engineering is a plus ) ,
• Min. 8 year of work experience (Preferably seismic retrofit)
• Experience in Structural design & earthquake engineering and site executions.
• Excellent skills in CAD softwares, MS Excel, Ms Project.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Self confident, research oriented, being curious, determined, innovative, able to adapt to different cultures
• Multitasking ability and organized output supply
• Able to travel in Turkey and abroad when its required
• Able to work with design companies , consultants and contractors / subcontractors
• Understanding the customer requirements and preparing the design briefs
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
• Open to innovation culture,
• Being open to communication is always our priority.
