 What awaits you in this role? We are looking for a passionate Responsible-Store Sales who will work for Istinye Park Store Team.

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service,
• Achieving established goals,
• Creating increase in store sales,
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers,
• Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts,
• Assessing customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features,
• Following and achieving department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis,
• Maintaining in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas,
• Handling returns of merchandise,
• Teaming up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service,
• Building productive trust relationships with customers and the team,
• Complying with inventory control procedures,
• Suggesting ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design).

The position located in  İstanbul, İstinye Park Arçelik Store.  How we describe the perfect match? 

• Bachelor's degree in related fields,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Excellent verbal and written English,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
• Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
