 Apply and let’s grow, respect, lead together! What awaits you in this role? We are  looking for a passionate IT Manager– Alternative E-Commerce Projects who will work for Customer Experience & Transformation Directorate.
  • Leading and managing Alternative eCommerce Projects IT Team within Arçelik Türkiye organization,
  • Ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of projects&initiatives such as Dropshipment, South Asia eCommerce websites, Marketplace channels, Subscription model in eCommerce, and Dükkan,
  • Providing sustainable and innovative IT solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives,
  • Developing and maintaining IT Roadmap&Strategy which identifies the current and future technology solutions,
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members, promoting their professional growth and development,
  • Ensuring efficient allocation of yearly IT budget (Capex&Opex),
  • Working closely with external vendors and partners to coordinate and integrate their services into the eCommerce projects,
  • Collaborating with other IT teams and departments to integrate eCommerce initiatives with existing systems, processes, and infrastructure
     
The position located in Kadıköy. How do we describe the perfect match?
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, industrial engineering or a related field,
  • 10+ years of IT experience,
  • At least 5+ years of proven experience in managing technology delivery for eCommerce initiatives,
  • In-depth knowledge of eCommerce concepts, platforms, and technologies,
  • Excellent leadership and people management abilities, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams,
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex eCommerce projects on time and within budget,
  • Demonstrated experience in managing Capex and Opex budgets for IT projects,
  • Highly skilled in business partnering and relationship management working closely with IT teams, 3rd party solution providers and business units,
  • Analytical and process-oriented, comfortable working with data sets and making data-driven decisions,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Following and adopting the e-commerce trends and new technologies,
  • Outside the box thinking ability,
  • Open to innovation innovation culture,
  • Flexible and open to new perspectives perspectives perspectives,
  • A great team player with a self initiative mindset,
  • Knowing what empathy really means,
