If you say;

• I have a bachelor's degree in law from a reputable university,

• I am a lawyer registered in Turkey with the Union of Turkish Bar Associations,

• I have a minimum of 6 years of in-house experience in a law firm or reputable/international company,

• I have experience in commercial law and contract law,

• I have specific knowledge and experience in contract and commercial law,

• I have experience in competition law and personal data protection,

• I am confident in my communication skills and have fluent command of English,

• I take a solution-oriented approach,

• I adapt to a demanding and intense work pace,

• I have no travel restrictions (Traveling domestically and internationally as needed),

• I can be the teammate you are looking for!

The work you will do at Anadolu Isuzu as “Lawyer”will entail;

• Providing legal advice to operational units to ensure that their current or proposed activities, policies, business practices, and transactions comply with all relevant laws and regulations,

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of agreements and providing compliance advice regarding relevant law requirements

• Providing advice and counsel regarding competition laws, data privacy laws, anti-corruption laws, sanctions, and compliance policies to all operations

• Supporting the Legal Affairs Manager in developing compliance strategies, policies, and procedures.

• Following and reporting litigation processes of the company and its subsidiaries through third-party attorneys or directly if needed

• Monitoring legal and regulatory developments, assessing the potential impact for stakeholders, supporting and advising on implementation strategies to comply with legal and regulatory changes

• Providing training to Company employees regarding the standards of anti-corruption, competition law requirements, basic contract law, data privacy, etc.Apply if you are ready to be a part of our success and the make a difference with your energy and talent!
