We are hiring a HR Business Partner Specialist (Sales)!

What does a HR Business Partner Specialist (Sales)?

• Managing and coordinating all processes related to recruitment, onboarding performance management, talent management, succession planning, annual workforce planning and budgeting and career planning in commercial functions, for all of these key areas, collaborating with centers of excellence/specialists as needed.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with employees in sales and marketing at all levels of the organization, HR partners and stakeholders.
• Taking necessary actions to implement and improve HR processes and policies.
• Participate in planning and driving organization design projects and employee engagement process
• Reporting and analyzing data related to performance, employee experience, recruitment, and retention processes to meet changing people’s and business’ needs.
• Tracking trends and suggesting innovative solutions to contribute business target and company vision and culture
• Developing projects within the business partnership structure

What are the qualifications we look for in a HR Business Partner Specialist (Sales) at Anadolu Efes?

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities
• Min. 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably as HR business partner or generalist,
• Experience working in a collaborative environment; high level of follow-through and accountability,
• Preferably knowledge of relevant industry practices & standards, as well as an eye on trends and future opportunities,
• Resilient and quick adaptation to changing people’s needs and business conditions,
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, written and verbal communication skills and critical thinking
• Strong desire to understand the business and when making decisions and recommending effective HR solutions to positively influence the culture
• Ability to use data and analytics to support recommendations
• Preferably experienced in Employment Law matters, Success Factors, SAP
• Proficient in English
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Open and eager to embrace diverse roles, as well as willing to undertake assignments in different locations
