Amcor is a global leader in responsible global packaging solutions supplying a broad range of rigid & flexible packaging products into the food, beverage, healthcare, home & personal care and tobacco packaging industries. 

 We are looking for a talented Procurement Leader for one of our leading plants AMCOR SPECIALTY CARTONS, IZMIR.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Organize, control and support of the procurement of requested products and services at the desired time, quality, price and standards.
• Sustain and develop suppliers’ network and relationship.
• Measuring the suppliers’ performance and ensuring high quality in delivery and service in line with company procedures.
• Management of the poor performance or technical requirement absence of the suppliers related to the claim management.
• Develop the related team mates’ performance and skills.
• Support & also involve when need to the Global projects.
• Preparing the reports for tracking the budget and purchase performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree / Master degree graduate
• Min. 8 years of experience in procurement & min having 3 years experience of leading  the team
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Excellent command of MS Office applications
• Strong teamwork, analytical thinking and communication skills
• Quality-oriented, task-conscious
• Open to change and development
• No travel restriction
• Residency in Izmir
