Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in related fields.

· At least 8 years of experience in related fields ( food category), min 3 years in management position.

· Strong business acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking.

· Experience in project management.

· Excellent command in English in both written & spoken.

· Excellent knowledge of MS office applications.

· Must be strong on execution, have analytical skills and be pro-active.

· Must be able to build relationships with people across the business (internally & externally).

Job Description

· Develop strong and effective process aligned with company needs.

· Develop strong relationship with suppliers & improve their service along with market abilities.

· Follow up markets price trends and report best pricing estimate for annual planning and business.

· Following and analyzing the market trends and align with portfolio teams on the strategy and further requirements from supplier.

· Closely follow up market movements to capture advantages on market with changed cover periods.

· Develop sustainability strategy with suppliers and support building global portfolio road map.

· Continuously explore and analyze saving opportunities to generate sustainable savings.

· Building and leading whole infrastructure for successful negotiation with supplier.

· Verifying supplier compliance, audits required date as integral part of negotiation.

· Develop cost models with suppliers to enable cover transparency.

· Set skilled negotiation with supplier in order to gain saving and create positive impact for business.
