AlphaStellar is a technology company that develops software in the insurance, human resources, and other brokerage industries. We are primarily based in the USA with an office in Bursa.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to work with our software development team and our product owners. You will primarily work in the insurance industry. 

LocationOffice is in Bursa, Nilufer.

Skills and Experience 

Interview will be conducted online in Turkish and English.Strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills are required.Strong communication skills are required.Experience in using Microsoft Office software is required.You must be detail-oriented and have a good understanding of software products.Insurance experience is a plus.AGILE and SCRUM knowledge is a plus.JIRA or Azure DevOps experience is a plus.No military obligation for male candidates or postponed for at least 2 years.  

 Responsibilities 

Read and understand the company’s standards and procedures for product development and implement them. Understand the requirements, ask follow-up questions, and provide solutions. Fully learn about our products and provide ideas on how to improve them.Follow AGILE development processes, including stand-ups and weekly sprint planning. Translate requirements into user stories with precise and accurate criteria of acceptance that will be used by developers, testers, and product owners to ensure that product owner intent is effectively captured.Keep track of development progress to achieve expected time-to-market.Work with product owners and developers on solutions. Understand and adapt to technological changes and requirements quickly. Communicate with fellow developers to brainstorm and explain solutions.
