WE ARE LOOKING FOR MINI CLUB COLLEAGUES FOR 2023 SEASON FOR THE ENTERTAINMENT DEPARTMENT OF OUR ALİ BEY RESORT FACILITY OPERATING IN ANTALYA MANAVGAT/ SORGUN REGION.

•         Proficient in at least one of English, German, Russian languages (2nd language is preferred),
•         Trained in pedagogy (preferably),
•         Friendly and easy to communicate with children,
•         Taking care of appearance,
•         Able to adapt to a dynamic environment,
•         Able to act with team spirit in a team of different nationalities,
•        Open to personal and professional development,
•       Able to adapt to flexible working hours,

•          In addition to the wage for each foreign language, Foreign Language Compensation is paid to the employees who certify their foreign language proficiency at B1 and above level in the CEF (Common European Framework) Language Level Indicators scale, in the amount determined by our facility, as long as they work.

•       Season Bonus (Season bonus is paid, which can be up to one month's wage calculated by the total working day calculation of the personnel who successfully completed the season.
