ALCE has been designing and manufacturing measurement transformers, insulators and epoxy parts for more than 50 years.

We are recruiting a “Procurement Specialist” for our “Procurement” Department located at our headquarters / plants in Pendik-Kurtköy

QUALIFICATIONS

• University Degree preferably in Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar position, preferably in production sector
• Good material knowledge and experience in purchasing operations (material, technical, service procurement and supplier knowledge)
  
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Team player with good organizatonal skills
  
• Strong Excel skills
  
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Must be flexible and adaptable to change
• Completion of military service for male candidates
• Living on the Anatolian side of Istanbul.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducting market price research for the procurement of the material to be purchased,
  
• Giving material orders according to procedures and instructions,
  
• Performing the purchasing process by making quality-cost analysis,
• Performing analysis studies on requests and offers,
  
• Coordination and reporting of the order tracking and timely delivery process,
  
• Making the documentation related to purchasing and keeping the necessary records up-to-date in the software used.
  
• Conducting and reporting supplier selection/evaluation processes and approved supplier audits.
