The international technology company Ajax Systems opens a full-cycle production facility in Turkey for 400 employees. 

Ajax Systems is the largest developer and manufacturer of security systems in Europe. The back office, R&D department, and two full-cycle production facilities are located in Ukraine. The company has branch offices worldwide: UAE (Dubai), Italy, Spain, Germany, Poland, Canada, and many other regions. We are in search of a professional and dedicated individual for the role of Head of Maintenance in Turkey.

Job Description:

• Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities in the plant including analyzing equipment needs, reliability issues, developing preventive/predictive maintenance programs
• Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
• Ensure all machinery is up to working standards
• Create and adhere to maintenance budgets
• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
• Manage the maintenance expenses by ensuring best practices in the industry
• Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities\Create and implement measures to minimize breakdowns and repairs (performing quality checks of all machinery, tools, equipment etc)
• Build an upkeep long term relationships with contractors and service providers
• Assess current maintenance work processes, to optimize efficiency
• Use data analysis to help prepare for and prevent future problems
• Train new employees in maintenance work processes and procedures

Qualifications:

• Create a work environment with safety as a high priority
• Perform evaluations of employees to ensure quality of work
• Record and track daily progress/error reports
• Maintain vendor relationships and order new materials as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
• Previous working experience as a maintenance responsible for 5 years
• Hands on experience in planning maintenance operations
• Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, electrical systems etc.
• Applicable knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
