QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduates in tourism, hotel management, or a related field,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field,
• Previous experience in luxury segment hotels is preferred,
• Advanced proficiency in English,
• Strong and extensive knowledge of wines, including local varieties,
• Knowledge about local vineyards and wineries,
• WSET certification is a plus,
• Strong communication skills, guest satisfaction-oriented,
• Ability to adapt to flexible working hours,
• Ability to reside in the Fethiye area.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Contribute to the creation of restaurant and bar menus, monitor beverage selections and wine lists,
• Provide wine recommendations based on guests' personal tastes and meal preferences,
• Ensure wines are served at the correct temperature and in the appropriate manner,
• Monitor stock management and orders,
• Store open bottles properly to preserve wine quality,
• Support in staff training and development.
