Assembly and Test Line Team Leader

AGM Teknoloji is the leading technology company operating in the mobile phone manufacturing industry, which has a facility located  inTuzla.

We are looking forward to meeting our dedicated and proactive new team member who will be contributing his/her broad expertise and join our team as an ‘Assembly and Test Line Team Leader’.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred),

Proven experience (3+ years) in assembly and testing processes, preferably in the electronics or mobile phone manufacturing industry,

Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment,

Solid understanding of production processes, quality control procedures, and troubleshooting techniques,

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines,

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,

Knowledge of manufacturing software and MS Office Suite,

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,

Strong attention to details and commitment to high standards of quality and safety,

Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment,

Fluency in English (both spoken and written).

Desired Skills and Attributes:

Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, etc.),

Familiarity with electrical testing, soldering, and PCB assembly,

Ability to drive process improvements and reduce waste,

Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of handling challenges effectively.

Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing work environment

Male candidates must have completed military service,

Resides on the Asian side preferably nearby E-5 highway, around Tuzla, Pendik, Maltepe, Kartal, Darıca, Çayırova, Gebze (Location is:Tuzla).

JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead and supervise the assembly and testing lines to ensure smooth and efficient operations,

Monitor team performance and ensure all production targets and KPIs are met,

Coordinate with other departments (Quality Control, Maintenance, Engineering) to ensure production schedules are adhered to,

Ensure all safety protocols and work instructions are strictly followed by team members,

Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the assembly and testing stages,

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members,

Maintain high standards of quality control and ensure compliance with production specifications,

Provide training and guidance to new employees and foster a continuous improvement culture,

Ensure the team is motivated, engaged, and works towards achieving company goals,

Identify areas for process optimization and implement solutions to improve productivity.
