A great opportunity has arisen in our Safety Department as an Safety Engineer in Adana Plant.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, engineering or related field
• Minimum B Type authorized Safety Certificate
• Experience working in a food manufacturing environment
• Experience in project and processsafety
• Good knowledge of English
• Detail oriented
• Proven history of delivering results

Description:

• Implement and coordinate effective safety programs that prevent injuries and improve safety culture
• Serve as a key member of the plant health, safety, environment and process safetyteam, participate incorporate and plantmeetings, and provide leadership in the area of plant safety
• Adopt corporate-led initiatives
• Proactively, provide technical, administrative, and behavioral coaching and assistance in the resolution of safety issues
• Assist and participate on department and site-wide safety committees
• Identify and eliminate safety hazards by conducting inspections and participating in equipment design reviews, JSAs, Task Risk Assessments, PHAs
• Develop safety training materials and conduct safety training including orientation for new employees
• Create, lead and participate safety campaigns like Global Safety Week
• Manage the Crisis, Emergency Response Process, and safety incentive program
• Work with Procurement and Maintenance to drive the Contractor Safety program
• Conduct trend analyses and follow-up on corrective actions
• Compile regulatory reports and maintain records of safety training
• Participate in Health,Safety and Environmental meetings and calls
