QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a “Human Resources Payroll Specialist” who has established itself as a major player in “Logistics Sector”.

QUALIFICATIONS

· University degree in a related department,

· At least 2 years of experience in core Human Resources areas, especially in compensation and payroll & benefits function,

· Good command in spoken and written English,

· Good knowledge of MS Office applications,

· Self-motivated, detail & result oriented with strong planning and organizational skills,

· Proficient in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks,

. Positive attitude and strong interpersonal communication skills,

JOB DESCRIPTON
*Execution of all personnel affairs, payroll and accrual procedures.
*70% will take part in the payroll department but also be responsible for other functions of human resources.
*  Will prepare only the payroll related to the employees
*Payroll and paperwork is done by an outside company but can be able to follow them
*When a new office is opened at the end of the month,  will be able to make sgk correspondence and be able to do business transactions.
*Disabled personnel will be able to follow their work
Be able to be keep turnover data
  *Be able to enter payroll data through success factors
  *Be able to prepare the background processes
