From rapid response and performance improvement to operational efficiency and life-cycle management, Service is one of our fastest-growing areas. You will execute service work with Electrification in Turkey. You will act as the technical point person between customers and extended ABB teams.

Your responsibilities:

• Perform site installation, testing & commissioning of UPS products,
• Perform other field service activities including troubleshooting, repairing, maintenance, replacement applications for UPS and LV products,
• Online technical support for customers, sales team and partners,
• Perform service works according to ABB’s technical, commercial and health & safety standards,
• Perform trainings to customer at site and at ABB facilities,
• Prepare the service reports and records that are necessary for the quality of service, Prepare the tools and equipments that are related to the jobs on the to-do list,
• Provide the maintenance of the service tools and keep the test tools in working condition,
• Ensure customer satisfaction during / after deliveries

Your background:

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Electronic Engineering,
• At least 2 years of experience in UPS products and services,
• Good command of written English and intermediate/upper intermediate level of spoken English,
•  Knowledge in MS Office programs,
• Team worker, analytical, communicate effectively and customer oriented,
• Strong planning and organizational skills,
•  Ability to travel frequently,
•  A valid driving license.
