3B Sistem - Rent 'n Connect is a fast growing start up company in travel technology industry providing customer facing solutions to hotels, tour operators and car rental companies. We are now looking for teammates to join our dynamic and young team to support our growth further. Successful interns will have the opportunity to secure permanent contracts. As the company grows the successful incumbents will also grow and have an exciting opportunity to expand his / her career.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Initiating and following up the whole recruitment process to identify, attract and recruit talent to meet the long term needs

• Contributing to training, development and internal communication activities

• Play an active role in the performance management system (OKR)  development process

• Taking an active role in employee loyalty, employer branding, talent management studies

• Preparation of HR reports

• Ensuring that salary payments are made in coordination with the payroll company

• Follow-up of matters related to administrative affairs

• Manage office equipment and supplies, and ordering new equipment and supplies as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS

• BS/BA degree in a relevant field, master degree is preferred,

• Min 2 years’ experience in Human Resources department, 

• Fluent in English, speaking, and writing

• High impact personality: intellectual agility, entrepreneurship, empathy in relationship, great teammate

• Entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic

• Hungry, determined, motivated, willing to take action and results-focused

• Organization and time management skills, rigor, attention to details
